Aline, Raffi, Matt, and I just watched the video. Raffi says: "It was not that good because I don't know why the Turks were trying to kill the Armenians."
ReplyDeleteAline wants to know: "Amma, do you know all the people in the video?"
Lorig says: "May we keep love in our hearts as we work for human rights for all people."
We're not quite sure why anyone would want to kill innocent men, women, children, and the unborn. And yes, Amma knows all of the people interviewed in the video as well as the videographer, Elina!
Delete"Memories of Marash" was very moving. So many years of suffering! And, what inspiring determination to survive!
ReplyDeleteFinally made the time to sit down and watch this today. Very moving.
