How did you celebrate the New Year?

   In Maryland, we celebrate the New Year with kale salad (for $$$) and 
black-eyed peas (for luck) . . .  a Southern tradition! And you?

    Happy New Year MarashGirl! Every year my sisters, brother and our families bring in the New Year at our childhood home with our loving Mother and Step Dad. Our Father is there in spirit. Our home is open to any neighbors, friends, family that wishes to drop in. Never a dull moment.
