When Enila realized that the candy canes she had hung on the Christmas Tree were all natural and made with all natural, organic ingredients, she wondered what was going to happen to them after Armenian Christmas (January 6). . . for by then, she would be back at school and even if she were in Newton, there were far too many candy canes for one little girl to consume, albeit with her brother's help! So she came up with an idea . .
Making cookies? Just crush some of those candy canes and stir them into the cookie dough before shaping and baking . . . or use as a decorative topping on your already shaped cookie before you bake it . . . and there you have it! Enila's latest recipe!
